To keep pace with the current rapid growth of financial environment, diversify of business products is mandatory, having with lots of options. This software will be efficient to help operating the options and will make it more convenient.

Investment

Investment Product such as lease, hire purchase, term loan, housing finance, consumer loans and corporate/structured finance can be registered and priced. Documentation for each investment products are also incorporated in the process. The whole lifecycle can be executed through the system with reschedule of the agreement, if any. IDCP charging, interest calculation, rental management and Delinquent charge are incorporated in FIntelligent+ as well.

Deposit

Different deposit products like DPS, FDR, double money, triple money, Zero coupon bond and profit first can be managed through FIntelligent+. Deposit agreement entry, KYC, auto renewal of the agreement, lien/ unlien with any investment product, product conversion, and premature encashment can be handled by deposit product.

Treasury

Call money, credit line, Money market, Govt. / corporate bonds, Bank borrowing, refinance schedule all the treasury products can be management by this system. Cost of Fund can be easily calculated and follow up for future payments & forecast fund requirement. Reports related to the treasury product are also incorporated.

Guarantee Services

Different guarantee services like Bank Guarantee can be executed in FIntelligent+. The bank Guarantee some distinct criteria like limit fixation, security documentation, interest on security and security exchange and all these can be properly executed in the system.

Savings Account & Checking Account

Savings and current account can be handled with different interest rules by the system. Accounts can be operated as checking account and non-checking accounts.

Trade Finance

For factoring and work order finance customer/client registration, agreement and client/customer relationship maintenance, invoice receive and approval, disbursement of money against the invoice, interest charge, cheque collection can be done easily in FIntelligent+. System has the option for receiving a single cheque for multiple invoices.

Syndication

FIntelligent+ can manage the Syndication product in both arranger and participant mode. Fees and charges, IDCP calculation, reschedule/ point forward, termination; participant change can be handled through FIntelligent+.

2. Admin and Security

Automated Process

FIntelligent+ enforces Day End, Day Beginning, Month End and Year End process. All the accruals, adjustments are now done automatically with these processes. Payment collection is also auto adjusted from the suspense account and auto voucher generation helps to reduce the work volume significantly.

Alerts

Alerts will give reminder of any kind of activities that will be incorporated in FIntelligent+. User can get their daily activity list after log into the system and can plan their activities according to the alerts. This will ensure that no work resides pending for long period of time and no option to miss deadline.

Menu Permission

Particular user will be given permission to specific menu, which will be required to perform his/her daily work. For instance, HR will not get the permission to view investment product and vice versa. This will help the whole organization to work in a more comfortable mode.

Ledger Permission

There will be some restriction in ledger too. Through ledger permission, accounts department can restrict their information from some users in an organization. This will give the accounts department a better manageability.

Internal Calendar

FIntelligent+ has its own calendar to change the date. All the missing entry or calculation can be done easily to reduce the mismatch of any data.

3. Work Flow

FIntelligent+ has a complete structure in Workflow. Workflow is task driven. A single window for all tasks for a single user makes it easier to track and work. Workflows can be plugged into any document or data very easily. There can be multiple nodes involved for any activity. Approval can be driven by forming approval groups and approval process can progress with either of – Any One, All or Majority approval. Email and SMS Interface available. Automatic Email/SMS Reminder option can be integrated if required. Auto follow-up and auto escalation of tasks are available with the workflow.

4. Contract Management

Contract Management starts with an agreement registration and account opening. FIntelligent+ supports different financial products as mentioned above. All these products lifestyle starts and executed through contract management.

Credit Admin

Documents for security of the investment product are registered in the FIntelligent+ to monitor effectively the status of the investment product.

Security Management

Information regarding additional securities against finance is stored in this module. Asset Management

Manages the information related to assets for which finance has been extended with related information like asset type, number, place of installation, part ID, vendor, etc. This information can provide vital insights to the management for analysis of operations.

Tracks down the insurance information of all the assets whether financed of taken as additional security. Generates reports on expiry and renewal dates.

5. Pre-sanction & LAPS

This module tracks the pre-sanction activities. The operation starts from an offer and ends at Issuance of Sanction Letter. Different modification and amendments in offer can be tracked as well.

6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

CRM Activities

CRM deals with customer management. Customer contacts, reminders, exposures etc are dealt by this module. This module can generate preformatted letters and statements for customers.

Case Management

Case Management is also integrated with FIntelligent+. When case against a customer is made, the day to day regular status can be easily tracked down through the case manager.

Bulk Email

FIntelligent+ is capable of sending bulk email to customer or related persons for better management of information. Any notification applicable for a number of customers can be emailed by bulk.

Call center

Call center can be integrated with FIntelligent+ or we have our call center to provide better customer services.

IVR

Access to information is also available over voice using Interactive Voice Response. Customer can browse user friendly voice menus and get necessary information by using their phone through IVR platform.

7. Operations

General Ledger

This is the core accounts module handles all accounting operations. Parameter driven system allows companies to create unlimited level of G/L system. The GL acts as the integration point for all other modules.

Cheque Clearing

Both Inbound and outbound cheques can be managed from the inbound and outbound cheque manager respectively. All the cheques are entered in the system and their lifecycle is managed/ tracked from the system.

Collection/ Payment Manager

Collection or payment of cheque and money receipt for every product (loan, lease, deposit etc.) can be managed by the Manager. Collection can be either principal amount or rental amount.

Monitoring

Instant customer wise, agreement wise and business group wise overdue status, easy follow-up of expired insurance policies, guarantee etc., automatic penal interest calculation for every delayed payment, amortization follows up of the agreements become very easy with the system.

8. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

HR

Employee management with salary, provident fund/ gratuity calculation, transfer information, performance appraisal system, leave management, final settlement and training information can be incorporated and employee loan can also be adjusted from the salary of the employee.

Fixed Asset Management

Every organization has some fixed asset that can be documented and managed by the system.

Inventory Management

Organization’s inventories can also be tracked effectively through FIntelligent+.

Account Receivable Management

Accounts Receivable Managers tracks the rentals receivable/others on a specific day and reminds the user for collection. Different accounting treatment according to the product type is integrated with this.

Account Payable Management

Accounts Payable Managers tracks the payable amounts of liability products or others on a specific day and reminds the user for the payments, which will help to reduce the extra delinquent charge.

Cost Center

For every organization, unit wise cost center can be generated and monitored to manage the department wise expense and revenue.

9. Internet Banking Suit

Fintelliegent+ Internet Banking Suit is a system that enables banks to provide online banking service for customers. Banks can manage their customer’s online banking activities like fund transfer, checkbook requisition, balance check, getting financial statement, getting other information etc easily and efficiently with Fintelligent+. Fintelligent+ also provides solutions for utility bill payment etc. It integrates multiple channels of communication that allows bank customers to enjoy banking services using internet, or mobile phone through SMS or Voice.
